DATES:

Purchase must be made between September 22th and September 29th, and the licenses will be shipped starting at September 30th.

Can I apply for the license at a special price after deadline?

• No, you can’t. If the purchase is not made within the established deadlines, you will have to buy the license at RRP (195€+VAT).

LICENSES:

Can I purchase only the Rhino license if I am not interested in V-Ray?

• Yes, you can purchase both software products separately.

What are the differences between the commercial and the educational licenses?

• The only difference is the price. The educational license is the same as the commercial license. They can be used for both educational and commercial purposes.

What is the duration of the licenses?

• The Rhinoceros license is permanent, it doesn’t expire. The V-Ray license is annual.

I already have a previous version of Rhino, can I still take advantage of the promotion?

• No, you can’t. If you already have a Rhino license (any previous version) you can’t buy another license. But you can upgrade your license.

PAYMENT:

Do I have to pay VAT?

• All students purchasing from Spain or any other EU country must pay VAT. Customers from outside Europe don’t pay VAT.

I am having problems paying by credit card and/or Paypal, what can I do?

• Please contact comercial@icreatia.com to see if it’s possible to pay by bank transfer.

DOCUMENTATION:

What documents do I need to provide with my purchase?

In order to purchase an educational product, students or teachers will have to provide a document certifying their participation in a full-time regulated training course (primary, secondary, higher, university or vocational education of at least one year duration).

Participation in a part-time or short-term course is not a valid proof of student status.

Any of the following certifications will be considered valid for students:

• Student ID dated for the current academic year.
• Academic transcript dated for the current academic year.
• Tuition bill dated for the current academic year.
• Document signed by the educational center certifying your student status and dated for the current academic year.

Teachers must prove their status with any of the following documents:

• Payroll for the current academic year.
• Teacher ID for the current academic year.
• Document signed by the educational center certifying that you are a teacher at the school.

I don’t have an address in Spain, what address should I specify?

• You can specify the address of your main residence, indicating country, postal code, etc. All fields must be filled in.

I don’t have a DNI, NIF or NIE, what document do I have to specify?

• You must specify an ID from your country of origin or residence. If you don’t have an ID, you can specify your passport number.

¿Puedo solicitar la licencia a precio especial después de la fecha límite?

• No, si la compra no se realiza dentro de los plazos establecidos deberá comprar la licencia a PVP (195€+IVA).

LICENCIAS:

¿Puedo comprar solo la licencia de Rhino si no me interesa V-Ray?

• Sí, puedes adquirir por separado el software que necesites.

¿Qué diferencias hay entre la licencia comercial y la versión estudiante?

• La única diferencia es el precio. Las versiones educacionales son iguales que la versión comercial. Se pueden utilizar tanto para actividades educacionales como comerciales.

¿Qué duración tienen las licencias?

• La licencia de Rhinoceros es permanente, no caduca. La licencia de V-Ray es anual.

Ya tengo una versión de Rhino anterior, ¿puedo acogerme a la promoción?

• No, si ya dispones de una licencia de Rhino (cualquier versión anterior) no puedes comprar otra licencia, pero si puedes actualizarla a la última versión.

PAGO:

¿He de pagar IVA?

• Todos los alumnos que realicen la compra desde España o cualquier otro país de UE deben pagar IVA. Los clientes de fuera de Europa no pagan IVA

Tengo problemas para realizar el pago con tarjeta de crédito y/o paypal, ¿qué puedo hacer?

• Ponte en contacto con comercial@icreatia.com para ver si es posible realizar el pago por transferencia bancaria.

DATOS Y DOCUMENTACIÓN:

¿Qué documentación he de adjuntar al realizar la compra?

Para poder adquirir un producto educacional, los estudiantes o profesores tendrán que presentar un certificado que acredite su participación en un curso de formación reglada a tiempo completo (estudios primarios, secundarios, superiores, universitarios o formación profesional de al menos un año de duración).

La sola participación en un curso a tiempo parcial o de corta duración no es suficiente como prueba de estatus de estudiante.

Para ello, se considerará válida cualquiera de las siguientes certificaciones para los estudiantes:

• Carnet de estudiante en vigor con fecha del curso actual.
• Expediente académico con fecha del curso actual.
• Pago de matrícula con fecha del curso actual.
• Carta del centro docente que certifique la condición de estudiante con fecha del curso actual.

Los profesores deberán acreditar su condición con uno de los siguientes documentos:

• Nómina del curso actual.
• carnet de profesor del curso actual.
• carta del centro docente que acredite que es docente en el centro.

No dispongo de dirección en España, ¿qué dirección he de poner?

• Puedes poner la dirección de tu vivienda habitual indicando país, código postal, etc. Es imprescindible rellenar todos los campos.

No tengo DNI, NIF o NIE ¿qué documento he de poner?

• Es imprescindible indicar un documento de identidad del país de origen o residencia. En caso de no disponer de un documento identificativo, puede indicar el nº de pasaporte.
